The legal entity MY DENT Lindner s.r.o., ID 19167407, with its registered office at Krumlovská 265, 382 32, Velešín, declares that it protects the personal data of users, in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), to the extent of personal data necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the reasons stated below.
By using these websites, social networks, and by submitting inquiries on our websites, you consent to the terms outlined by these Policies. If you do not agree with the terms outlined by these Policies, please do not use or visit our websites, social networks, or submit inquiries.

By submitting an inquiry on our website, you provide us with your name, surname, or company name, and email address.
Service Inquiry
When inquiring about our services, you provide us with all necessary information to process your order and send a price calculation.

As a visitor, fan, and follower of our Facebook page and other social networks, you provide us with data.
2. Scope of Personal Data Processing
a) We obtain data from your devices and networks, including location data
We use Google Analytics services. When you visit or leave our Services (including our plugins or cookies or similar technologies on other websites), we obtain the URL of the website you came from and the website you went to. We also obtain information about your IP address, proxy server, operating system, web browser, and plugins, device identifier and features, and/or your internet service provider or mobile services provider. If you use our Services on a mobile device, this device will send us data about your location depending on your phone’s settings.
b) Form on our website
Personal data you provide when contacting us through a form will be processed by the Controller to the extent provided by you in connection with your inquiry for our services and possible order placement:
- Your email address
- Phone number
- Name and surname
- Answers to necessary questions for calculation fulfillment.
(hereinafter collectively referred to as “personal data”)
Other personal data you provide us with during visits to our website will be processed by us as the Controller based on the above provision.
3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The purpose of processing your personal data is to prepare an offer according to your requirements, calculation, and subsequent order realization.
4. Personal Data Storage Period
The Controller will process your personal data for the time necessary for processing and subsequently for an additional period of 5 years for email addresses, IP addresses, and 10 years for other personal data, unless you revoke this consent to the processing of personal data from your side.
5. Where Your Data Will be Processed
We will process your personal data in our computer systems. Upon registration, through email communication and registration forms of Google.com service. Your data, which we will use for statistics, will be stored in our computer systems.
6. Revocation of Personal Data
By browsing our websites and social networks, you grant us consent to process personal data. You can revoke this consent at any time by leaving our websites, canceling tracking, or by unliking.
7. Information about Your Rights
We inform you that you are not obliged to provide us with any of your personal data, and providing them is voluntary on your part. If participation requires your personal data and you do not provide it, you will not be subject to any penalty, but we cannot guarantee access to the event if the nature of the event necessitates it.

8. Personal Data Security
All personal data provided to controllers are secured by standard procedures and technologies. However, it is not objectively possible to guarantee the security of your personal data completely. It is not possible to guarantee 100% security in the sense that a third party will not access your personal data, copy, disclose, modify, or destroy it by breaching the controller’s security measures. In this context, however, the controller guarantees that it regularly checks whether the system contains vulnerabilities and has been subject to an attack and uses security measures that the controller can reasonably require to prevent unauthorized access to the provided personal data, and which, in view of the current state of technology, provide sufficient security. The adopted security measures are regularly updated.
9. Legal Authorization for Processing
You can withdraw the consent you have provided at any time by email to info@mydentlindner.cz. We will collect and process your personal data only in cases where we have legal authorization to do so. Legal authorizations include consent (if you have given consent), contract (if processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (e.g., for ordering services where such a contract is required), and “legitimate interest”. In case of processing personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw or refuse your consent at any time, and in case of processing based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object.
